Adrian Zarzo Habraken gained experience under three-star chef Jonnie Boer before opening his own restaurant. In 2016, Zarzo restaurant in Eindhoven received a Michelin star.
Adrian has a past as a sommelier and pays a lot of attention to wines with his dishes.

As soon as the high-quality appetizers are served, Cas Pikaar from Restaurant Pikaar* unfolds his talent. This young chef combines classic craftsmanship with creative freedom.
Chef Pikaar says he likes to look for contrasts, but never goes out of the way. And that just proves his talent. The main product is put on a pedestal here thanks to the whirlwind of nuances that surround it.
Odille* ademt sereniteit en elegante luxe, met een open zwarte keuken waarin chef Casimir Evens en zijn team zichtbaar hun vakmanschap tonen. Kunst van Daisy Boman fungeert als rustpunt, terwijl gastvrouw Lotte Bloem en de chef een warm, persoonlijk verhaal brengen. Met Brabantse gulheid en wereldse verfijning creëren zij een omgeving waar de tijd even lijkt stil te staan.
Chef Casimir Evens speelt creatief met krachtige smaken en ambachtelijke technieken. De aan tafel getoonde bresseduif, op het karkas bereid, resulteert in perfect rosé filets met cime-di-rapacrème, laurierolie en knapperige groenten, gedragen door een intense jus met bonenkruid. Zijn kleurrijke creaties combineren klassiek en plantaardig met natuurlijke nuances, terwijl zorgvuldig gekozen wijnen elke bereiding extra diepgang geven.
Restaurant O&O*
Patron-cuisinier of two-star restaurant de Treeswijkhoeve and SVH Master Chef Dick Middelweerd is known for combining products from home soil with Mediterranean, Asian and South American influences.

Restaurant Valuas is centrally located in Venlo and also has a brasserie and luxurious hotel rooms. Under the leadership of SVH Master Chef Eric Swaghoven, the restaurant obtained a Michelin star. Valuas is famous for its unique quality croquette.
Restaurant Parkheuvel** is the first restaurant in the Netherlands to obtain three Michelin stars. Erik van Loo is a chef with a sense of classic finesses.
Son Juliën's input again provides extra detail and diversity. It adds liveliness to the processing of the product. At Parkheuvel, the tradition of top gastronomy is continued with passion.

Chef Jan Sobecki named his restaurant Tribeca after the neighborhood of the same name in New York, where he worked for many years. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars.

Restaurant Bolenius has had a Michelin star since 2017. Patron-cuisinier and SVH Master Chef Luc Kusters uses modern techniques, with a lot of emphasis on vegetables and seasonal products.

Restaurant Rijnzicht is characterized by its 'innovation menu', which it renews every three months. The first Michelin star was won in 2018.
Kasteel Heemstede* betovert vanaf de oprijlaan: een volledig gerestaureerd 17de-eeuws kasteel waar historische pracht naadloos samengaat met contemporaine luxe. Het warme, innemende karakter van deze unieke setting vormt het ideale decor voor een gastronomische ervaring die tegelijk verfijnd, magisch en bijzonder persoonlijk aanvoelt.

Restaurant Troef
René Brienen is SVH Master Chef and patron chef of restaurant Brienen aan de Maas. Brienen is famous for its chocolate dessert and renowned for its asparagus dishes. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star.
As patron chef of two-star restaurant De Lindehof, Soenil Bahadoer single-handedly brought Surinamese/Hindustani cuisine to star level.

Pure C is a two-star restaurant in Cadzand-Bad, in the dunes on the North Sea. The kitchen is led by chef Syrco Bakker.
Pure C symbolizes an ode to Zeeland, the world and life: sexy cocktails, enchanting food, great wines, a beautiful lounge, a beautiful interior, good music and a beautiful view of the soothing sea.
Restaurant Flicka*
Bougainville*, het high-end restaurant van hotel TwentySeven, koppelt warme stoffen, bronzen tinten en luxueus design aan de charme van een historisch gebouw. Het intieme decor en het magnifieke uitzicht op de Dam versterken de verfijnde keuken, waardoor elke maaltijd een elegante, romantische belevenis wordt.
Chef Tim Golsteijn verenigt westers en oosters met creatieve precisie. Hij balanceert krachtige smaken als groene curry en za’atar met Franse finesse. Tarbot met intense bechamel, zwarte-lookcrème en gevulde morilles toont zijn durf en techniek. Steeds versterkt hij smaken, voor een diep gelaagde culinaire ervaring.
Restaurant Boury***
Dineren bij Zilte*** is een emotionele totaalervaring, hoog boven ’t stad in het MAS. Het ingetogen designinterieur straalt intimiteit en stijl uit, terwijl de platenspeler van de chef een warme jazzy sfeer creëert. Alles klopt: de gastvrije ontvangst, het deskundige wijnadvies en de perfecte afsluiting met een verfijnd koekje. Zilte voelt uitgepuurd, essentieel en uitzonderlijk coherent.
Chef Viki Geunes vertrekt van absolute topkwaliteit en tilt elk ingrediënt naar een hoger niveau met zijn eigenzinnige creativiteit. Zijn magistrale spel met texturen en smaken resulteert in complexe, maar nooit overladen gerechten. Sublieme bereidingen zoals langoustine met zee-egeltempura, palmhart, seldercrème en mandarijnmiso tonen zijn meesterschap. Zijn fabuleuze sauzen en minutieuze precisie maken hem een van de grootste chefs van België.
Restaurant De Nederlanden*
Yuri Wiesen begon op 16-jarige leeftijd als leerlingkok. Hij klom op tot souschef en chef-kok, om in 2010 zijn eigen restaurant Wiesen te openen. Mooie, eerlijke producten, creativiteit en passie symboliseren zijn keuken.
Restaurant Wiesen beschikt over één Michelinster.
